| Summary of services | We arrange free-to-attend forums where various speakers provide updates and information on their specialist area. We also run the Flourish Programme which is a six week programme aimed at helping support people in their recovery. It is designed to help those improve their wellbeing and provide new skills, knowledge and awareness. What sets it apart from other programme and courses is that Flourish was developed and is delivered solely by those who have been or currently are using mental health services. Anybody is welcome to take part on the programme, simply contact us and we'll be happy to give you all the details you need. SUN are now doing self-assessments with mental health service users to find out which services they would like access to in order to improve their wellbeing. We then work with the Sandwell Wellbeing Hub in order to refer them on to these services but also maintain contact with them in order to gain feedback on the services they use and to be kept up to date with SUN by being invited to forums and meetings, receiving our newsletter and also be informed of upcoming live forums and events. |
