People aged over 55 with housing related support needs. These people may or may not require care services.
For people who want to move into Accord Village properties and who have no current care needs, applications should be made through the councils choice based lettings process. For those with Care needs who want to move into Accord Village properties, referrals come through a social worker. When care and support services are delivered to people who live outside of Village properties, people will be able to self refer or will be referred through a social worker.

Care and support plan packages assessed according to individuals needs in their homes. Extra care packages include personal care and support for people to maintain their daily living skills. Support only flats allow independent living but with pendant alarms and warden facilities. Specialist learning disability and dementia services.
