Summary of servicesThe society has a varied programme of meetings and a quarterly newsletter to keep in touch with people who do not live locally. They also offer occasional visits to places of interest, hold a summer picnic and a Christmas social event.
When are the services run?Second Wednesday of most months in the afternoon (see the programme calendar on the website).
Time detailsDoors open at 2pm with a speaker from 2.50pm. Tea and coffee is available at 30p per cup.

Guest speakers begin at about 8.20pm and speak for about an hour followed by a question and answer session but from January 2012 the group will meet at 2.00 for 2.30pm in the afternoon.

Cost of serviceMembership costs only £6 per person or £11 for two people living at the same address. You do not have to be a member to attend a meeting but a cover charge of £1 is payable by all who attend.
