Summary of servicesSupport in people's homes to enable them to live independently. Needs led assistance with things like bill payment, social and community activities, monitoring neighbour problems, advice on the maintenance of the property. The Community Support scheme operates alongside and can provide for support needs not met by Supporting People funding. The Community Support Project is an hourly charged service available to Sandwell residents, in need of additional assistance to manage successfully within their own home.

RemitSandwell Homeless and Resettlement Project is dedicated to caring for people who are homeless or in need of help in acquiring a settled way of life, through the provision of advice, accommodation and support. Users are treated with respect and given the opportunity to experience growth in the areas of interacting with others and skill development. The goal is to create a positive environment that fosters improved self confidence and self esteem.

Cost of serviceCosts for housing support vary according to individual needs. Under the Community Support project extra support hours cost £15.30 per hour.
