| Who is the service for? | Anyone who lives in Sandwell, who cannot get out to the library or mobile library stop, because of a disability, illness, frailty or difficulty in carrying materials to and from the library. A full time carer who cannot access the Library because of individual circumstances. Residents in residential/nursing homes / day and community centres. |
