| Summary of services | We provide retirement apartments and bungalows for older couples or single people and mature people with a disability. All self-contained with own front door, central heating and double glazing. Facilities include residents’ lounge, free launderette, lifts and pleasant gardens. Close to shops and buses. Caretaker oversees repairs, cleaning and gardening of communal areas. Emergency alarm system. Social activities include day trips, craft club, coffee mornings, bingo and darts. |
