The main reception at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday 21 May due to Annual Council.
The reception will re-open as normal at 9am on Wednesday 22 May. Access council services online →
Referrals routes include self referral, other community & faith groups, Housing Association & other voluntary sector partners. Contact can be made directly to Dorcas or via the completion of a new referral form available upon request.

Summary of services
To provide a culturally sensitive and client focussed service to enable people to live as independently as possible whilst taking the following general considerations: economic wellbeing; enjoying and achieving; being healthy; safety and security and social and civic participation. We works with the African Caribbean Communities of Sandwell on issues related to health. The project aim is 'to develop community health initiatives which aim to empower and support the African Caribbean communities in Sandwell
When are the services run?
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm (3pm on Fridays)
To support potentially vulnerable members of the older African Caribbean community to maintain and wherever possible enhance their standards of independent living.
