Summary of servicesSHIELD offers a range of services such as:A website designed by and for young people offering self-help, information about how to help friends and how to access SHIELD.
A brand new on-line game, exclusive to Sandwell's young people, to improve problem-solving skills using CBT principles.
Multi agency providers including Krucnh and The Children's Society.

A wide range of services available including website, game, telephone/text support, creative therapy group work, workshops, 1:2:1 counselling and individual support packages.

A 'voucher' scheme to engage young people to fully participate in their individual plan, empowering them to improve their own health, happiness and safety.

Joined up services with Kooth, Base 24 and Krunch.

Counsellors are available weekdays from 9.30am - 7.30pm and on Saturdays 9am - 2pm.
