| Summary of services | Offering individual, couple and group counselling and psychotherapy, supervision, online counselling and supervision, workshops and short training courses. Around 35 independent counsellors and psychotherapists work at the Centre, which is open seven days a week, daytime and evenings. A variety of therapeutic approaches are offered, including cognitive behavioural therapy. We also support businesses with employee counselling, management consultancy and post-trauma support. The Centre adheres to the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. |
