Summary of services
Specialist supported living and floating support provider for adults with learning disability, autism and other complex needs.
When are the services run?
Livewell supports adults with learning disability, autism and other long-term health conditions to live in their own homes and in the community. We design services specifically for our users and support each according to their need. We encourage independence and growth and are developing a reputation for delivery high quality services and outcomes. Typically we will source property for our users to live in as tenants, sometimes on their own or often we can match people to live together as this can enhance opportunities and create better value for money. In these scenarios shared support is usually in place 24/7. We support our users to manage their home, to access the community and develop independence. We also provide floating support services in the family home which allows respite for the families and gives the user some life outside the family circle.
