The Manor House in West Bromwich will be the setting of two historical dramas next month.

The Manor HouseJadis Shadow Productions will use the house in Hall Green Road for the two historical-based productions of The Queens' Head and Affirmations of the Maimed Debauchee.

 

The Queens' Head is a tale about Henry VIII's most infamous wives Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard and the journey they took to reach their unfortunate end.

 

Affirmations of the Maimed Debauchee is about an infamous courtier, poet and decadent extreme John Wilmot, who was second Earl of Rochester and who led a life of whores, wine and actresses.

 

The productions are taking place on Friday November 9 at 7.30pm. Prices are £10 for adults and £8.50 for concessions.
