Office centre celebrates anniversary

A business centre in Oldbury has held a special event to celebrate its first anniversary.
Since opening its doors in October 2011, Pure Offices in Broadwell Road has become home to 25 companies and now has more than 70 occupiers.
To mark the occasion, Pure Offices teamed up with Sandwell Council and local business support organisations to arrange a buffet lunch for companies occupying the building.
It was an ideal opportunity for the occupiers to learn about assistance available from Sandwell Council, as well as getting to know their neighbours.
Nearly half of the available offices have now been filled, with St John's Ambulance, TLE, Executive Mail Data & Document Solutions and Surepay Solutions all recently moving in.
Councillor Derek Rowley, Sandwell's Cabinet for Jobs and Economy, said it was great news to see the Centre filling up."It's important to have high quality, affordable, contemporary office space which helps attract new business to the borough," he said.
"The lunch was really useful for the occupiers to see what Sandwell Council can do to support and help them expand their enterprises. We look forward to welcoming even more occupiers in the coming months."
Centre Manager, Stella Broster said she was delighted with the success of the Centre. "We're extremely proud of the ambitious companies we are attracting and of how they are thriving in our impressive facilities" she said.
"As well as prestigious surroundings and state-of-the-art comms packages, we also organise regular business networking events to support our clients, such as our recent 'Olympic Open Day' lunch."
Stella added: "To celebrate the end of a successful first year, we're offering a fantastic 'Move In For Free' incentive".
