Organisers of the Sandwell Community Show are putting together the final plans for the massive event and are advising businesses they have only days left to book a trade space.
The two-day free show, which is held is held on the King George V Playing Fields at the rear of Dartmouth Park in West Bromwich, is expected to attract around 60,000 visitors.
Cabinet member for neighbourhood services Councillor Ian Jones said: "This is one of the premier events on the council's calendar and is a must for many people over the August Bank Holiday.
"It is a great opportunity for firms to book trade space for marketing and promotional purposes at competitive rates."

The show runs from 11am to 5pm on Sunday August 26 and Monday August 27, with entertainment for all the family.
The Main Arena features Steve Colley Motorbike Stunt Rider, Stallions of Substance Horse Display Team, Rockwood Dog Display Team and the English School of Falconry.
The Battle of Britain Experience displays full-size replica Spitfire, Hurricane and Messerschmitt fighter planes together with a travelling museum, and Maggie O'Hara will be setting the mood with songs from the period.
Kids of all ages will enjoy Pat Collins' Fun Fair, Jolly Jesters Giant inflatables and Wacky Racers Go Karts while people looking for a quieter experience can enjoy the Horticulture & Leek Show and the Craft Fair.
Sports and Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the taster sessions and displays in the Sandwell Leisure Trust marquee, and Sunday sees the third Sandwell 6 Towns Challenge Walk/Run - a choice of 14, 18 or 26 mile routes taking in the canals, highways and byways of Sandwell to be enjoyed at a pace that suits each individual.
After enjoying the Show why not pay a visit to Sandwell Park Farm, or take advantage of the High Ropes facility, Cycle Hire and children's Adventure Play Area.
Something for everyone awaits visitors to the Sandwell Showground in West Bromwich; there's a dedicated bus service from the bus station in the Town Centre to the Show (National Express "Short Hop" Price - passes accepted) while car parking facilities are available in Dartmouth Park (£4 per car, 50p per motorbike, disabled badge holders free of charge).
