Who is the service for?
All ages from 16 years and over. we cater for the needs of many sectors and sections of the community - pre-employment work in conjunction with partner agencies such as JCP - NEET delivery for unemployed youth, traineeships and apprenticeship delivery. We also deliver a variety of Learning & Development courses.

Some are referred via Connexions or other agencies, such as JCP, Housing Associations, self referral.

BCTG act as consortia manager for a variety of individual training providers across a wide range of sectors and delivery such as apprenticeships, traineeships and study programme delivery. It also has an Apprenticeship Training Agency based in West Bromwich. Whilst BCTG do not actually deliver courses (other than pre-employment courses and Learning & development courses) we access funding and sub-contract to other providers for dellivery.BCTG is a not for profit company limited by guarantee. We aim to provide services to enable members of the community to engage and progress to either further education or employment.
