Sandwell Council operates seven sites, in the heart of the West Midlands, offering offices, workshops and industrial units for rent by new and established businesses and the voluntary and public services.

With serviced office space close to Smethwick, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Cradley Heath, and Birmingham City Centre, some of the prime sites are conveniently located near to Junctions 1 and 2 of the M5 motorway.

Accommodation ranges in size from 5.9m2 (64sq/ft) to 214m2 (2300sq/ft) with individual sites offering a range of services including:
