Our graduate development programme aims to be different. We’re looking for exceptional individuals with the talent and potential to be our leaders of the future.

You’ll need to have, or expect, at least a 2:1 degree.

We’ll create a role for you based on the talent and potential you bring, with opportunities across the council. You’ll be given real responsibilities, with real challenges and a real chance to grow.
We’re offering a fully supported programme with quality training and fully funded qualifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work and learn from experts in their field and by the end of your two years you’ll be ready to progress into a permanent role at the council.
