Match Day Car Park Manager
Location: Smethwick
Wages: exceeds National Minimum Wage
Responsible for the management of match-day car parking facilities for all home games of West Bromwich Albion F.C. You will oversee the timetabling and safety all car park attendants, and ensure ticketing procedures and collection of monies is documented and accountable

Match Day Casual Car Park Attendants
Location: Smethwick
Wages: meets National Minimum Wage
Ensuring vehicles are parked in a safe manner and ensuring the security of vehicles for the duration of matches. Collecting monies and storing safely for collection. 

Part-time Cleaner 
Location: Smethwick
Wages: meets National Minimum Wage
15 hours per week 6-8am. You will be cleaning offices, toilets and communal areas of a community centre. You will be a key-holder and must be able to demonstrate a good working standard of written and spoken English in order to update logs; order supplies and comply with Health & Safety requirements

Sessional Caretaker
Location: Smethwick
Wages: meets National Minimum Wage
Providing out of hours cover during evening and weekends. Opening and closing the centre, setting up and clearing away rooms; handling furniture and audio-visual equipment. General cleaning of the centre. You must be flexible to meet the needs of the centre; and also able to demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English in order to update logs; order supplies and comply with Health & Safety requirements

Electrician 
Location: Oldbury base
Wages: negotiable depending on experience
Qualified Electrician required for a small electrical company to undertake commercial and domestic works. Must have up to date Electrical Level 3 qualifications and have 17th edition as minimum.  This will be a full-time post and the business are willing to consider self-employment candidates. All applicants must have Full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across the West Midlands.

The STEP Project Lead-Anti Poverty Programme
Location: Tipton
Salary: £21,840 (30 hours)
The STEP Project Lead will have overall responsibility for sustainable development and success of the Tipton Anti-Poverty Programme, accomplishment of its aims and objectives, and the accountability to its diverse stakeholders. In the delivery of the Programme, the STEP Project Lead will be committed to connecting low-income families to anti-poverty services delivered from two community centres in Tipton. The Project Lead will also envision and create a new beginning and work collaboratively with the community, voluntary, public and the private sector agencies to deliver a coordinated anti-poverty programme.

The STEP Project Workers-Anti Poverty Programme (2 Posts)
Location: Tipton
Salary: £10,296 (18 hours)
Project Workers required who will be committed to connecting low-income families to anti-poverty services delivered from two community centres in Tipton. At the first stage of engagement the STEP Workers are expected to undertake a triage assessment with families to evaluate the level of poverty suffered which will determine the priority. The Workers are expected to build a sustainable working relationship with the residents who are suffering poverty so that they can assist them improve their social and economic conditions towards a prosperous future.

Credit Controller
Location- Oldbury
Wages: £20,000-£22,000
A highly skilled Credit Controller is required for a local manufacturer to assist in the efficient collection, control and administration of payments owed to the company.  Key responsibilities will include: completing the daily run-sheet reviews, taking payment for all cash-sales, raising and issuing all invoices. In addition, reviewing and chasing the accounts receivable ledger and attending the weekly credit control meetings to name a few. Hours of work: Monday- Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

Various Care Positions
Location: Across Sandwell and the wider Black Country
Wages: NMW+
A number of local care companies require skilled and experienced carers to work for nursing homes and residential homes. The ideal candidates will be qualified to Health Social Care Level 2 and have previous experience caring for service users. There are also positions working for community care providers to provide home care. Applicants must be willing to travel to appointments to assist with mobility, personal care, feeding and hygiene. Maintenance Engineer
Location: West Midlands base – UK coverage
Salary: c£35k + vehicle + benefits 
Working for a market leader in the manufacture and supply of bespoke specialist fire rated glass solutions. The successful candidate will be tasked with undertaking both planned preventative and reactive maintenance/installations on a range of glass processing equipment and special purpose machinery. Must also be able to demonstrate a hands-on, multi skilled and electrically biased engineering background. The ideal candidate will possess an HNC level or above in a relevant engineering discipline alongside at least 3 years’ experience of working in a maintenance or Field Service capacity
