There's so much going on in Sandwell. Here is a list of some of the things that are on offer to you.

Your local library is a hub of activity, and there's normally something going on every week for you to enjoy and take part in. The best thing to do is pop in to your local library and ask about events and activities going on, or you can visit their events calendar.
If you are interested in getting more active and meeting new people, Sandwell Leisure Trust has 9 sites across Sandwell. So whether you want to enjoy a work out, play sport or join an aerobics class, there's something for everyone.
If you have some free time, and are interested in volunteering, the Sandwell Volunteering Centre would like to hear from you. They have lots of opportunities available, and can really help you feel great by helping someone else out.

If you are worried about how you are feeling and you, or someone you know is struggling with their wellbeing, talk to someone. You should talk to your GP, especially if this is stopping you doing everyday things like working, going out, taking care of things at home, or significantly affecting your relationships.

If you want to find local services Route2Wellbeing lists lots of local health and wellbeing support groups and services. Simply type in where you are from, and the website will list various local organisations and groups.
To understand more about mindfulness and how it can help you, BeMindful have lots of great activities and information. Anyone can learn and practice mindfulness, and the results can be life-changing. Visit their website for lots of tips to practice mindfulness in daily life.
For further ways to feel happier, more positive and able to get the most from life, NHS Choices have lots of great advice and information on their website.
