Payment by phone

A guide to making a payment to Sandwell Council over the telephone.

You can make payments through our automated telephone service - 0300 456 0514.

You can pay via the following payment methods:

  • Debit cards (Maestro, Solo and Electron)
  • Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Payments can be made for:

  • Council Tax
  • Rent
  • Business rates (NNDR)
  • Benefit overpayments
  • Oracle invoices.

Customers will be required to quote their customer reference number.
