Oldbury Local and Oldbury Library - which is now based at Sandwell Council House - is currently open Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm. The library is also open Saturday 10am-2pm.

Parking for the One Stop Shop is available on Freeth Street with a pay and display facility and disabled bays. A long stay car park which is situated off Dudley Road East is also available.
