This page records new premises licence applications that have been received and may be subject of representation or comment.

Important notice

The date shown for representation against each entry is the date by which a responsible authority or any other person may make representations in respect of the application.

Representations, which must be about the impact of the grant upon the licensing objectives, must be made in writing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.

Applications may be inspected at the offices of licensing section which are situated at Court House, 335-337 High Street, West Bromwich, B70 8LU by prior appointment during office hours Monday to Friday. Arrangements for inspection can be made by emailing licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk
