You can visit our counter service in Oldbury and West Bromwich. We have some Self Service machines available at Oldbury which allow you to access some of our services without needing to see an advisor. If you are unable to use a computer an advisor should be available to help you.
Please note that we do not offer a document photocopying/verification service at our offices. All documents in support of a Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction claim should be sent to Sandwell MBC (Benefits), PO Box 10597, Nottingham, NG6 6DQ. Please include your name/address and Benefits claim reference with any documents that are posted.
