We are living in a time of massive change for local government. We will respond to this by developing our workforce so that our staff are more productive and flexible than they have been in the past and operate in a more business-like way.

Sandwell is a diverse place, home to people of many cultures. We want more of the people we employ to live in the borough and we want them to reflect Sandwell's population mix.
