People rely on the council. They deserve the best from us. So it is important that the council provides more and easier ways for people to get in touch and use our services. It means listening to what people tell us, responding to that and boosting satisfaction through our improving performance. It also means cutting the number of complaints and when we do get complaints dealing with them better.
