Determined Admissions Arrangements 2012/2013
In accordance with the requirements of the Admissions Code of Practice the admission arrangements for Community and Controlled Schools for September 2012 have now been formally determined. The arrangements remain substantially unchanged from those determined for September 2011.

Details of determined Admissions arrangements for Voluntary Aided, Trust and Foundation schools where these have been received are also published on the website or available from individual schools.
If it is believed the admission arrangements are unlawful or do not comply with the mandatory requirements of the School Admissions Code of Practice. Objections can be made to the Schools Adjudicator. Any such objections should be submitted in writing to: The Secretary, Office of the Schools Adjudicator, Mowden Hall, Staindrop Road, Darlington, DL3 9BG or by email: OSA.TEAM@osa.gsi.gov.uk.
Objections to admissions arrangements for Academies are not considered by the Schools Adjudicator and should be addressed to The Secretary of State, Department for Education, Castle View House East Lane, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 2GJ.
