The Big Sandwell Read
Young or old, we have something for everyone to enjoy. You can read one book or two or the entire list, it's entirely up to you. Some authors on the booklist will be visiting a Sandwell library near you.

Are you looking for a particular book, film or album? You can easily search our online catalogue to find items in stock. Library members can renew and reserve items too, as well as use online resources.
Renewing books and other items
You can renew all items online provided they have not been requested by another customer. All items may also be renewed, by post, telephone, or personal visit to a library, with or without the item.
Join the library
Discover more with your local library - it's never been easier to join - you can join online or at your next visit to the library. Everyone can use the library - no one is too old or too young.
Mobile and home library service
The Mobile Library makes regular stops throughout the whole of Sandwell. Each stop is visited every fortnight, it has a wide selection of books and talking books to cater for all tastes and all ages.
