How to contact council tax and benefits

You can now contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by telephone or by our website at a time that best suits you.

This service is designed to answer all of your frequently asked question and enable you to provide us with information.

If you have a more complex or difficult enquiry then you can be transferred through to our skilled friendly advisors.

Note - This transfer is only available during daytime hours only.

You can visit our Counter Services for; all enquiries regarding Council Tax, Housing and Council Tax Benefit and the Verification of documents.

If possible your enquiry will be resolved without the need for you to contact us again; however should further information be required you will be advised accordingly.
