Our Online School Admission System is available to parents to make an application for a school place for their child.
Is my child eligible?
If your child was born between 01/09/07 - 31/08/08 or 01/09/00 - 31/08/01 and is a Sandwell resident you can use this online application form to apply for a place in Reception or Year 7 for September 2012.

You can also apply online if your child is a Sandwell resident and was born between 01/09/04 and 31/08/05 and you would like to apply for a Year 3 place in a Junior School

Are you applying to the appropriate local authority?
Your application should be made to the Local Authority where your child lives.
Our online application system is for Sandwell residents only.
If you are not a Sandwell resident you can find links to neighbouring local authority websites on our useful links page.
Do you have the required information to apply?
It may be helpful if you have the following details to hand:
- Child's name
- Child's date of birth
- Child's address
- Details of the preferred school(s).

Sandwell produces information booklets for Primary & Secondary applications to help parents in the application process. Please ensure you have read the advice in the booklets before making an online application.

Do you have a valid email address?
As part of the online application process you will need to register a valid email address prior to completing an application form. A password will be sent to your specified email account, you will need this password to allow you to logon to the online system to enable you to apply.

The closing dates for applications for September 2012 are:
Reception and Year 3 applications - 16th January 2012
Secondary applications - 31st October 2011

Important Note
Each year a very small number of parents give intentionally misleading information to obtain a place at their preferred school, eg the address of a relative living nearer the school.
Information from parents is verified and if found to be fraudulent or intentionally misleading, places offered will be withdrawn.
