As part of our work towards meeting the 'core offer' we are developing our ways of helping parents and young people give feedback or comments about services and on other subjects of interest.
The form below is part of this process. You can use it to give feedback about specific strategies or documents as requested. You can use it to give general feedback about services (positive as well as negative) and you can use it to make suggestions for new services or improvements to existing services.
It can also be used to communicate news/information which might be of interest to a wider audience.
It cannot be used to resolve individual disputes with services. This must be done by direct contact with the service provider or, if the dispute is with a council service, by means of the normal council complaints procedure.
