Rowley Ward

Rowley lies in the town of Rowley Regis in Sandwell, with a population of 13,674. The ward is represented by 3 members of the council. Rowley Regis town also consists of Blackheath, Cradley Heath and Old Hill, and Tividale. 

Rowley is home to Cobb’s Engine House, dating from 1831, the structure was once home to a Watt steam engine. The building itself sits in Warren’s Hall, a 17-hectare nature reserve that borders both Sandwell and Dudley.
